To help improve employment outcomes for neurodiverse and autistic people, we are currently engaging with local businesses to improve business confidence, onboarding processes, and reasonable adjustments to working environments.

We know that no business is the perfect employer. For many businesses, becoming an Autism Friendly Workplace will be a goal, with changes and improvements made over time.

To assist you in deciding whether a job listing here will suit your needs and skills, the NRAA has provided a checklist to each business to identify reasonable workplace adaptations and provide further information on the role and business.
