Event description
An interactive talk for Autistic adults to discuss self-advocacy and self-compassion. We will chat about what it means to support yourself and your wellbeing in a way that is authentic to you. We will cover what self-advocacy is and how to use it to meet your needs and set boundaries. We will also explore how to cultivate self-compassion and accept yourself without apology. An opportunity to reflect, with a gentle nudge, and a little space to reconnect with being Autistic. With love and pride.
